Cannot summon Chocobo Mount

I had earned the chocobo back in 1.0 from the GC quest.
I did not do the legacy carry over however that would apply.
I did the quests in 2.0 and passed where I would get My Little Chocobo quest in 2.0 but that quest was not available.
I can rename my chocobo from 1.0 but my action/traits window shows no mounts.
I do not own a chocobo whistle.

So in summation, it appears the client knows I did this back in 1.0 but did not allow me to get the quest in 2.0 assuming I could already summon the chocobo.

Just for kicks did you try the quest in Camp Tranq? I'm not sure if that'd the quest you're referring to when you stated the "2.0 quests" or not.

Oh yeah, I did those too and can summon him to fight for me, but not to ride.

I would check your inventory again to make sure on the Chocobo Whistle. It took me a while to find it because it was sitting in the 3rd bag instead of being placed in the first open slot

Nope, no whistle.

FIXED: Whistle was removed from inventory by the Calamity Bag downgrade. The Calamity Salvager had it, the rat.
