So i am just curious with all the server instabilities where are our community reps to update us as to what is going on? Everyone is entitled to a day off however with 3-5 of you there should be no reason for this lack of communication. Are you guys all sitting in Golden Gate Park having a BBQ laughing at the situation?
Once again i hate to bring up the customer service aspect of this but whoever does your scheduling and maintains what you are or are not allowed to say needs to go get a new line of work. How in gods name when you have a brand new MMO launching can you have no communication with your userbase multiple weekends in a row. You did this crap in Phase 4 and now again in Early access. Sorry but this is not customer service.
You guys may be nice people but if you were my employees I would fire each and every one of you for not being here and keeping customers updated at least 1x per hour. You guys ever hear of VPN you login check email make a quick post and be done. This is not customer service I am sorry, this is also not 2004 when FFXI launched either. We deserve updates the same as those in Japan get it, and if SE cannot provide said updates let us know now so we can cancel our product orders for refunds.
