Main story quest r 38 Help

I cant trigger main story quest for r 38. I have been waiting 3 days rl time now but my npc pearl never glow. I have tried to go to different aetheryte, because i read that would trigger the pearl to glow, but nothing happens. Is there another way to trigger this quest?

Try to walk around the middle fountain area in Uld to trigger the r38 quest.

from my experience the pearl doesnt glow until the next level, but if you should still be able to go to the area for the quest, i.e the merchants guild

I think I had to walk somewhere near the east entrance of the fountain area south of ruby road.

Thx, i will try to walk in that area. I really dont hope i have to wait to i get to next level though.

I read on Zam that after u hit 38 u have to wait till next leve reset & then when u next visit an Aetheryte the npc linkshell will glow.
After the following leve reset i clicked on nearest Aetheryte and nothing, the npc linkshell didnt glow untill i was at Camp Black Brush, i had been to about 3 or 4 camps before it triggered

Once I hit 38 all I had to do was head from the exit of uldah, head through ruby road towards the goldsmithing guild and it activated on the way

I finally got the quest after yesterdays maintainence.
After i logged in i went to camp bloodshore and then it started to glow.
It was around 5 days after i got r 38.
