Is anyone else pissed off that they threw money into a incomplete project? I surely hope SE sets up more servers, an AFK timer and a queue really soon! Because its honestly gotten to the point where i want a refund. Why would anyone pay for a game that they cant play?.....In my opinion this has been the absolute worst launch for a MMO i have ever seen.

It is pretty bad, but not the worst I have ever seen. When Gravity's Ragnarok Online was released 10+ years ago the lag, crashes, and overall stability was a lot worse. There was even less communication if that is possible (they're a Korean company), and they would regularly "roll back" characters so you lost progress (i.e. items, levels, exp, etc.). Still, this is a getting ridiculous. The game has been officially released for two days now and the lack of communication from SE is astounding to me. They need to be much more transparent with what is going on and they need to adopt that culture as a company moving forward if they want NA/EU user's continued business.

I find it hard to "chillax" when i payed for a game that i cant play. It has been days since the early access has started and i have seen no improvement on the matter. They were not prepared clearly, yet they expected there customers to still pay for the game.

SE really, really needs to learn to communicate with their gamers in situations like this. ETA, whether nonexistant or projected or whatever, what they're doing to fix it, and an apology for the total NA/EU brouhaha would be quite nice at the moment.

Oh, and some sort of in-game item or something. Something that only games registered today or before can get, since we're the ones who had to put up with all this.
