I'm a casual right now, but that's probably because the game isn't all the much fun to me at the moment. However, I understand the plight of the hardcore players.

    It makes sense:
Hardcore, badass, insane to complete content that is defeated by anybody SHOULD warrant a vast reward. They defeated it because they put the time in to know exactly what works best, and have probably tried multiple times to defeat it and learn how.

Casuals, however, can't always get everyone together because of people's RL schedules all the time, so it takes a while. They probably COULD take the monster on, but it would take them a bit longer to get it down.

I ran a casual Limbus/Sky LS for 2-3 years. We were able to take on everything that Sky and Limbus provided, but not everyone had everything because we were only able to meet up twice a week. We were able to take out every one of the Gods and Ultima/Omega with less than an alliance (usually about 11-12 players) because our players, though casual, were skilled at what they did.

Casuals can do the same as the hardcore, but the hardcore will always get it first. You will never be able to get rid of this, because people do spend more time on games than others. It should be a 50/50. You should not cater to the casuals, because the casuals are barely able to spend much time on the game anyway.

Insulting people in the counter argument isn't going to change their minds. It will make them stick harder to their opinion regardless of whether or not it's right, and think less of your opinion simply because you insulted them. In essence, if you want to try and change someone's mind, come up with a well thought-out response and don't be a dick.
