    I don't disagree with anything you've just said.

    But you asked "why are the JP servers doing fine while the NA/EU servers aren't?" It's because the NA/EU servers are far more congested due to significantly larger numbers of players trying to play.

    They need to make more servers... hands down this is the issue.
