50 WHM Looking for a FC

Gear: Mostly darklight/stratos, feel free to check it.

So here goes, I don't want to be in a FC that:

1) is too too serious/elistist, don't mind a little bit.. as were all there to clear content.
2) talks about kicking people/blocking people from group invites/raids. (raidleaders need to give ppl chances to learn!)
3) Ragequiters - people who don't have the balls to with-stand simple wipes when there isn't much of a punishment for doing so. "When I played EQ", holy moly yeah.. the punishment was "slightly" different.
4) Drama

Want I do want from a FC:

1) Ideally a Non-ps3 FC purely because there is a big gap between the ps3 and pc (depending on the class) in skill - which is a main cause of failings/arguments.
2) Patience from the FC in general but especially from the raidleaders.
3) Progression.
4) Friendly casually raiding/grouping FC, with all the members using TS/Mumble (ideally).

I haven't found the FC that fits me yet? Any FC's like this? ^

Hey I started an FC recently about 6 members so far mostly RL friends, very easy going group looking to expand. We have a vent server but as I said still very new, I am quite well geared but the others are still moving up. If your interested let me know and we can help build the FC together. The members so far are all pc users, all get along well so no dramas. But can't stress enough we arent big yet so if this isnt to your liking maybe try elsewhere, if your keen to give us a go let me know

Ah don't worry about PS3 members too much. I'm on PS3 and my actions are quick because I looked into how to utilize my PS3 capabilities, it's just that some people don't know the many awesome options out there for PS3.
