The pre-order code only gives you pre-order items. People with 1.0 collectors edition already have the items, everyone else either gets tomorrow or when they redeem the code in the physical version.

I thought 2.0CE items were exclusively for 2.0CEs buyers. Do 1.0 CEs receive the 2.0 CE items too???
And what's the point in sending PO items today (if it's not tomorrow yet) just because it's already tomorrow in Japan and not sending CE items?
