When you talk to Ianna to accept her quest, she says something about "So you're the adventurer who helped Old Buscarron drive off that loudmouthed ruffian." Except I haven't completed that particular Buscarron's quest (Druthers House Rules) yet, but it is in my quest log. So either Cloven-hoofed Horrors is given one quest too early, or her intro text needs to be changed slightly.
