    PC turning off

I'm guessing this is the beginning of the end for my CPU,good thing I've just ordered the new haswell i5. Is there anything I can do to try and stop it from turning itself off? I've used cpu temp and while I can't see any obvious signs of over heating, I have done a time log of my CPU and this game is working it,hard.

So I strongly believe it is overheating, just can't get the temps while I play.

This is happening to more then a couple people. Myself included. This has nothing to do with overheating its just something the game is doing to my computer.

I'm starting to worry about playing until my new parts arrive, the last thing I want is my PSU or HDD to blow/corrupt because of the computer just shutting off.

I think it might be worth mentioning that it's not everytime I play. Last night I played for 6-8 hours without a sniff of trouble.I played for 2 hours this afternoon and boom power off. So perhaps not an overheat problem? How confusing >.<

Probably not processor heat, unless your CPU heatsink is caked with dust under the fan. More than likely it is a power supply problem, possible overheat (I just fixed a PC with about 6 metric tons of dust bunnies IN the power supply), or a memory IRQ error.

I have an OCZ StealthXtreme2 700w PSU,very good quality and it's only FF that this happens on.Also about the dust suggestion,I clean my PC once a week to make sure I avoid problems like this.

Also I was under the impression that PSU's don't spit and stutter at random times,if they're going to break then they simply break without other symptoms before hand.
