Where to after Aleport?

Finally got my ARC lvl 20 quest done, but seem to have run out of quests. Completed all the Aleport ones and surrounding area, but it doesn't send me on elsewhere.
Only outstanding Q I've got is using duty finder to enter Satasha, which han't been to easy to attempt recently.
So where next? Or do I have to get past the Satasha quest before more open up?

Sastasha is part of the main storyline, so simply put: yes, you have to complete Sastasha in order to unlock the subsequent storyline quests.

You can level in upper la noscea. A lot of the mobs there are in the level 20 range and you can do some fates there as well, but it is much faster to level by following the main story line quests. A lot of people are having trouble getting into dungeons because there's only one "healer" class and two "tank" classes, but you can use topaz carbuncle tanks to get through the 3 dungeons. You'll just have to find a full party before entering the dungeon.
