What are you going to do Tomorrow?

OK, So EA was a disaster for a lot of people. In NA, so many people are trying to play that you are locking out service that was promised to anyone who pre-ordered. I am not here to argue one way or the other, as far as if SE HAS to provide the promised service.

TOMORROW, however, your game goes live. I think we can all agree that there is no gray area here...people who purchased this game are entitled to access what they've paid for...so the current server lock-out isn't going to cut it.

I don't want another apology, sincere or not. What I would like to know is what you are going to do about the hurricane that is coming? Are you actively expanding the data centers? I mean, if the current server count cannot handle the load of Early Access..what do you think will happen tomorrow?

I would like to hear strategies and plans being implemented to remedy the issues at hand...how long until those plans can be executed and when will things smooth out?

Errors are one thing, but right now...it seems like the biggest problem is that there are too many of us who want to play. Most of the time, its probably a nice problem for a developer to have, but now...its upsetting a large portion of your potential player base.

Please give us SOMETHING besides canned apologies.

I am pretty sure a lot of people on here (and a few laws) disagree with you.

Even if you are right, in a businesss transaction it really doesn't matter if you are right if it means the customers are walking away from you. Understanding that is the key principle behind 'Customer Service."

Actually when you pay for a service, you are entitled to that service or a refund of your money. What kind of planet are you from that a customer may or may not receive said service? This isn't beta and we're not investing in anything.

Probably the same thing I've been doing, except on weekdays I have a lot less time to play. The paid subscriptions don't start for me for another 30 days so I'm not too considered about money going to waste but even with all the problems during the weekend, I was still able to get enough game play to make it seem worth it to me. I just hope whatever it is they need to figure out will happen sooner than later. Launch will definitely be interesting after P4 and EA.

5. INTERRUPTION TO THE SERVICE

Well I'm hoping I dont have to spend 8+ hours pushing the start buttons just to get a "world is full try again later" I love this game, its really fun... but the error and server lock and really break it
