Players that had 1.0CE registered were automatically upgraded to 2.0CE digital items. That is what you are seeing in game. Ppl that have purchased ARR CE, the registration site isn't even up atm. Which is Mog Station.

I owned 1.0 CE and had it registered. I don't have my 2.0 items and I have relogged 4 times now. I went to my account and it doesn't say anywhere that I had the CE. Wtf? I have the garland goggles and I had the CE security token on my account up until a few months ago.

Sadly, it sounds like you need to get ahold of SE Customer Service...

I emailed them. Now I get to wait for them to reply. And hope that they just give me the items. I mean I have the goggles and it should show that I had the 1.0 CE somewhere if they look at my account... right?

Just the EA stuff was released. You may see CE's from say, Japan or some GameStore employee just ganked their copy early.

A friend of mine did not purchase 2.0 because he owned the 1.0 CE and he has his 2.0 CE items...

1.0CE owner in the US. I have my 2.0CE items.

I have not received any emails or ingame mail for my items and on square enix my account page it says code registration is not available now.

Excuse me could anyone please tell me where the code-redeem website is?
I think may be I redeemed once, but I'd like to try re-redeem... I couldn't find that site again
