A friend of mine did not purchase 2.0 because he owned the 1.0 CE and he has his 2.0 CE items...

1.0CE owner in the US. I have my 2.0CE items.

I have not received any emails or ingame mail for my items and on square enix my account page it says code registration is not available now.

1. Are you an original registered FFXIV version 1.0 Collector's Edition Owner?
If yes, then:
2. If you have been in game since 9-10AM EST. You need to relog to receive them.
If relog did not work:
3. Contact SE customer service.

If you are not #1, but purchased an ARR CE. You need to wait until the Mog Station Site is open so you can actually register the game and all codes.
