Too many of these threads around, JFYI. Back in FFXI, there is no automatic kick timer neither was there in 1.0 (early) because of Bazaar, players had to stay logged in to bazaar their items. It might be an oversight at this point because of the newly implemented AH, but most likely if they can solve the server issue they will implement AFK removal because it's necessary for Bazaar culture.
