No afk boot timers?

Why are you moaning about server congestion when your game doesnt even have afk boot timers? People waiting in queue for people that just forgot/refuse to log out when they're done playing in order to reserve their spot in the server?

I mean that strikes me as one of the most obvious measures to help deal with these problems. Hardly a cure-all mind you, but it would definitely help.
