    Nope, it's happening with me too. I even pre-ordered it. So disappointed... I would cancel my order and re-order if it wasn't for the fact that I want my pre-order items!

    Where do you even get a collector's edition code and where do you enter it? I pre-ordered the collector's edition and I have no idea what to do about the collector's edition items.
