the que are there because either there isnt a WHM which in your case isnt the case, second reason for the que is no Tank but bucket loads of dps jobs. there are only GLA/WAR/PLD/MRD as tank only CON/WHM as healer not sure if SCH is counted as healer I know ACN isnt counted as healer, the best way I would go with is get a TANK and WHM when you go start duty finder you wont have a problem with getting dps, since theres bucket loads of em.
