    Legacy players with 1.0 CE got the items registered to their account immediately when they registered their early access code.

    I don't know how you are seeing that...but it is a fact and has been stated in several places on sites for the game. ALL the in game items are ONLY delivered via mog mail and only on the OFFICIAL RELEASE date which is 8/27. Maybe these people you are seeing work for SE and they want to show them off so you will want to upgrade your order to Digital upgrade to get the "cool" items. I did just check the web sit and looked again and they have changed the message now and it no longer states that...hmmmm....now I don't know what to tell you. Maybe they did release them but on last check I could not get mine.
