Petition to restore the queue system.

YES, I totally support this petition! GIVE US AFK BOOT AND QUEUE TIMER.

A little population meter like Light, Medium, Heavy and Go Somewhere Else might work.

Square-Enix will CARE when they don't receive the subscriptions they were counting before the cart was even hitched to the horses ASS.

It's depressing that this is my first post on the new forums, but I have to give my support to this as well.

Also going to have to add my name here. I understand the need for login restrictions due to server loads, but how is forcing people to repeatedly try to connect the server going to help with any of this. With the system as it stands now, if I have to step away for an hour, it's in my best interests to stay logged in and just leave. I won't get booted for AFK, and I know I'll be able to play when I come back. Not what you want going on during launch.

Fix the queue system so we go directly into a queue - no 1017 errors.

signed. ok so tonight, i got is a que, twice. they are still there. Still as broken as they've ever been. I got in line at spot 77 one time. There is no way i was #77 after the amount of login attempts i tried. only to get an error and booted. The next time was 300 something, but same thing booted with error. I agree, we need longer que's AND auto boot afkers. Everyone is afking now cuz they know they wont get back in. It is just compounding the issue. Lets get this done SE. Most of my LS cant login, and have not ever been able to since early launch. They are ALL legacy members. I read the letter from Yoshi apologizing and I understand the frustration. I just hope they get this fixed fast. Understand that alot of die-hards are looking at this as an insult. I love the stuff that I did play. Im not trying to hate, just saying really? you cant get the Que lines working!! really?? COME on SE!!

P.S its friggin Tuesday, I cant even imagine what the weekends gunna throw our way.

I usually try to avoid the flaming bandwagon... but it just seems like a real queue would be LESS stress on a server than people smashing into that error all the time and spamming it. Still going to be here though, thankfully I play on very off-peak hours. :3

This is the worst game launch in history, and I have attended several.

My husband and I have both admitted that we loathe the fact that we have nothing else to do because SE doesn't deserve our money. This is embarrassing.

Day one of early access. Most people were at least able to log in, or could see character select. We couldn't even get CODES sent to our e-mail until last night around 8pm.

Now we're sitting here jamming our keyboards trying to make characters on the same server with one another, which we can't even do because "Character creation is disabled on this server. Please wait for a slot to open up or select another character." It's disabled on ALL.....NA....servers. ALL of them.

We spam 'refresh server list' and play server roulette for 2 hours "Oh! I got Siren. You?" "Nope, I got bubkiss. All disabled. Afk 3 mins to shave." (3 mins...)[Refresh] "I got Lamia! You?" "Nope! I got Adamantoise. Afk to brush teeth." ....and finally make characters together on Lamia...and then 1017. 1017. 1017. 1017. 1017. For the past 4 hours.

Implement a goddamned queue. I am so sick of SE's shit. Square Enix is by far the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Errors, failed codes, crashing games... and hardly any acknowledgement at all from SE. Your company doesn't deserve a dime.

OH! And thanks for making it so that we have to click a little star next to our picture in the "Select main character" area before we could even utilize the forums. I had to GOOGLE AN ANSWER to that...because clicking the character's box did nothing. Why would that screen even have the character box turn a different color... if it wasn't selected...........WHY. What the hell is wrong with your website design team?

I wouldnt say SE is the worst company ever, EA earns that dubious moniker, but SE is know for playing favourites between player bases.

and lol Sinayadyne, I had that problem with forum character too, until I noticed the little star... still this is the stupidest forum setup Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
