Still can't play on the server I want too...

This is very frustrating. I convinced about 6 ppl to buy the game, and only ONE of my friends managed to get on the same server as me. The other 5 are totally locked out, and ready to get refunds. I keep trying to assure them that these issues will be fixed but they have lost total faith, and I cant say I would feel any different in their situation.

I know exactly how your friends feel. Its not fun being unable to play with who you want.

You think this is something they would have learned after making FFXI. That game also made it hard to play with your friends, and its the reason it never got as popular as other MMO's. One had to work very hard to get on the same server as another person they wanted to play with.

Poor decision to go the easy way by locking the server. What about people with friends already in the locked server? I cant ask my friends to quit and start anew neither am i going to play alone out in the cold on other server.

Hard locking ppl out in a mmo is a very inconsiderate move.
