Still can't play on the server I want too...

I know this weekend has been rough on everyone and I am sure that things will be far from perfect going forward but we have received no news as to when the servers will be reopened so we can play with our friends!

I have been trying to get on the Levi server to play with friends for the last 2 days and the server has not been letting anyone make new characters on it since they came up for EA. What is the point of me playing if I cannot play with my friends? Should they be forced to lose there progression and re-roll on a new server (that may or may not work) just because the minority of us can't get in? Not a very fun MMO if aren't able to play with the people we want too.

Please give us something! News or even acknowledgement that you are aware of this issue would bring great joy throughout the land.

Been having the same issues trying to get on one of the JP servers, would honestly be nice to get some input on this before launch, but sadly doubt it will happen.

I find it odd that JP get their own servers and NA/EU are recommended to cohabit their own servers together. There are a lot more people in NA/EU than JP so obviously those servers are going to be full, quicker.

I know you can go to any server you want but I think they should have had over flow servers for NA/EU people, or perhaps 2 servers one for NA only and one for EU only. That way people who have no intention of playing with people from other parts of the world can use those servers and free up some space on the mixed servers for others.

I don't understand why almost all of the servers have opened up at one time or another but Moogle and Leviathan have been closed. There has to be more room on them by now, unless of course SE isn't doing anything about it.

I just deleted (almost) all my alts now that I have a clue about how characters progress. I just need a free xfer or two to keep my vested characters one per server...

This is very frustrating. I convinced about 6 ppl to buy the game, and only ONE of my friends managed to get on the same server as me. The other 5 are totally locked out, and ready to get refunds. I keep trying to assure them that these issues will be fixed but they have lost total faith, and I cant say I would feel any different in their situation.

I can't even get a clue how they progress because I can't get on long enough to play. It's ridiculous beyond belief that the NA/EU servers have been down so often and for so long. Early access to frustration. Not even sure where to have my main now...at all.

I know exactly how your friends feel. Its not fun being unable to play with who you want.

You think this is something they would have learned after making FFXI. That game also made it hard to play with your friends, and its the reason it never got as popular as other MMO's. One had to work very hard to get on the same server as another person they wanted to play with.

I would invite you to play with us but I don't believe that will happen anytime soon. With all the other problems occurring this seems low priority.
