So about the 3rd day of open beta, the 19th, I started to have an issue with NPCs not rendering. I would go to the location of the quest npcs and there would be no one there. I usually had to stand there for a good 40 secs to a minute before they would appear. Sometimes as much as 2 minutes. The first and second day of open beta this never happened once. Well of course it is still doing it now during early access. I asked around only to have no one else say this was an issue. More often then not, the npcs take a minute or so to render.. for almost EVERY npc for me. Players take some time to render for me as well. I currently have the game on high-desktop as it doesnt seemed to fix this one way or the other. I manually set everything to its lowest possible and still waiting on npcs..
Also more often then not, after getting thru the quest dialog I would have to wait 15-20 seconds before the small quest complete/rewards window would appear.
My connection speed is 12mps, tested on a friends connection that he plays on with no problem and my issue still presists. My system is up to date. As is my graphics card. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried playing in Windowed, fullscreen, nothing changed.
