A member of our FC had the same issue, he called in and was told he's $hit out of luck they could care less about the US/EU players
Did you start a new service account for ARR? Check the account management page to see if you have more than one instance of FFXIV.
If you do you may want to contact Square and verify which service has your original character, or you can check out this support topic http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...68218&ret=main
No i used the same account for ARR, i created a new character under the beta so i understand if that one is gone, but my actual v1.0 character is gone.
I have two service accounts as well, however, when associating the early access code with one of them it tells you to verify which account you want to use by checking the old lodestone to see which characters are on account #1. I did this and saw my legacy characters which I wasn't interested in carrying over anyway. So I connected it with service account #2. Now when I login all the characters I created in phase 4 are gone?? Was there an error on the old lode stone and it should have shown all my characters? Is there some other problem I dont understand? There's no easy way to figure this out by looking at the SE account management page....
