When is the game launched?

Has there been confirmation on exactly what time on the 27th we (non EA folks) can start playing?

I haven't seen anything official anywhere here, on lodestone or in annoucements in the clients.

2 possible / most likely times / theories:

1. 9 am GMT / 2 am PDT Tuesday (as that seems to be the usual times to start / end the "day" during betas and now EA)
2. "Midnight" from 26 to 27 August but then by WHAT time zone??
