Congestion Relief:New servers and free Character Transfers

As the title says, that is all you need to do. Nobody wants to start over, so if you wanna fix this we need new servers and free character transfers. If not, the populated servers will always be full and your launch will be horrible, just saying.

While I agree that offering the option would help a bit, I don't think it would be the ultimate solution. As it is, I have a whole crew of friends waiting for the game to release so they can try and get on the same server as well.

If the launch comes, new people will choose empty servers. Good for them, but for every other player who has been in beta and now in EA, nothing will change.

Well ppl did hv a choice to change server previously but like me choose to keep the same server and ls. BTW server migration is not as simple as opening a new server. It is a tideous and time consuming task that could take week.

Definatly needs a consideration from SE. No many times you throttle the servers, it won't change the fact that you screwed up on getting sub par datacenters. Either close the servers for up to days at a time and get new ones, or let people transfer so they can even out. Because 4chan/reddit/neogaf chose certain servers, everyone is all packed into a couple servers, so if you allowed them to even out this would be less of a problem.

i'd transfer to a lower population existing server, but not to a new server. No way. Been there in many past MMO games, will be a ghost town in 2 months.
