Inability to select character

My character that I created during Phase 4 of the beta, the one I've set as my main, doesn't show up in my list at all. I created a second character and was able to log in and all that, but my main one's still missing from my list.

None of mine show up save the one I was playing when 3102 struck her down in phase 4. However, the portrait never seems to show her face.

All of my phase 4 characters are gone. I have verified I am logging into the correct service account. They all appear here when I can "set a main" for forum usage, but the lodestone thinks I have no characters created when I try to login and the actual game shows 0 characters on every server...

And I tried to just recreate the character, but the fact that I can't use the same name means that it's still on the server somewhere, right? I'm not gonna make a big fuss about it unless it doesn't show up after the game officially launches, but I was just curious to see if I could access it during the next couple of days.
