When browsing a list of items

When cursoring over an item in a vendors list of items the information windows pops up over the rest of the list of items obscuring your view, I found this to be very irritating as I would still like to look at the list while the information windows is up, if you could simply set this to appear to the left of the vendor window it should resolve this problem.

Yeah, same goes for the ability tool tip. I have the feeling that the UI element isn't working. Default is the lower right screen.

Thought I was doing something wrong or going crazy, because I keep running into the exact same problem. One example is the Crafting Log. No matter where I move that window around, the tooltips describing the item obscure the view of the recipe for each item. Makes shopping for the items I need a little annoying.
