Unable to log in and incorrect CDKEY?

I pre-purchased final fantasy online (14) with CDKEYHOUSE and there keycode the company has issued me with is not the correct format.


I received a key code which has the following format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (a mix of letters and numbers)


But at this website link: http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/
you can see that the format is XXXXXX-0000-XXXXXX-0000 (6letters+4numbers+6letters+4numbers)


On square-enix “add a game keycode” use 2 different formats:
1) XXXXXX-0000-XXXXXX-0000 (6letters+4numbers+6letters+4numbers)
2) XXXXXXXX-0000 (8letters+4numbers)




As you can see that again my keycode does not match this.


Is my keycode invalid? Is it ment to be in one of the above formats?

the code that was on my preorder receipt was xxxxxx-000-xxxxxx-000 format after making a new version 2.0 login account I was able to put that code in and got another code in format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx which is a mix of letters and numbers I had to attach that code to my new version 2.0 account and then it worked, well worded enough to let me try and log in yesterday hope this helps a little anyway

Yeah the 18 digit code is solely to get you the 20 digit, you already have the 20. But I got to the place to enter the 20 through the 18, so I'm not sure how to get to that page if you already have the 20..
