No its not, it says Code is Processing.... I called Digital River and even they said its processing because of Digital Rights. Its a terrible company

Trust me, this isn't my first time. I have my game up and running. Hers is having the issue. I know what I'm looking for. Digital River and SE have dropped the ball.
