    Well, I got into EA. But my girlfriend bought the game and was never sent a code. SHITITAL RIVER keeps saying that the digital rights are still being processed. Yet EA took the money and hasn't even given anything but a receipt in return.....

    F SE and F Digital river.. this whole experience has been terrible.
    Shouldn't the code be on the receipt that you received upon purchase of the pre order? They may also have sent you an Email verifying your purchase, unless you purchased in shop. Check your junk Email. Get in contact asap with the retailers and they should offer you a solution.

    No its not, it says Code is Processing.... I called Digital River and even they said its processing because of Digital Rights. Its a terrible company

    Trust me, this isn't my first time. I have my game up and running. Hers is having the issue. I know what I'm looking for. Digital River and SE have dropped the ball.

    Ya, I'm in the same boat as Atrious stated, with the additional issue of not even having a link to download the game. Thankfully I was in beta and have the client downloaded (still can't launch without a code), but the fact of the matter is I purchased the game pre-order and got nothing. I'm not angry (yet, we'll see how the actual release day goes), just very disappointed that this relaunch is going so poorly for a game that deserves better. :/

    Also, in case anyone is wondering, this is what I see in the confirmation email:

    I purchased this through SE and called Digital River on Saturday to see if anything could be done. I was told that they were aware of the issue, had contacted SE, and that I should expect a new email with code and link within 24 hours....it's well passed that 24 hours and nothing yet. I'm still holding out hope that they'll pull it together by tomorrow. Fingers crossed! x(*_*)x


    Update: I haven't received a new email, but did check my order again. My pre-order code has been added! XD
    No link for the game download, but I got a code and it worked! So be sure to check your order as well as your email for the code.
