agreed, they put they SE phone support number on their twitter page and in the morning Sunday I was told they were "upgrading" their system and it would be back up in the afternoon . when I called at 4pm est. the system had been "upgraded" and the early access codes should be sent out in 24-48hrs. which would kind of defeat the term early access no? getting the codes 3-4 days after early access has begun.
anyways after watching the forums and seeing that the game wasn't running 99.9% of the weekend we wouldn't of been able to play regardless. I've done many beta and launches going back past age of conan days and I will say this was a huge mess and i'm sure it will be plastered all over sites like mmobomb and mmorpg.com how SE shat the bed on this launch .

the question is , how will we be compensated... yep I said it. some cheesy lil 3hr xp potion ? I hope not, this was an epic fudge up with servers going up and down , the system that doles out the codes being upgraded on the weekend of early launch? really?

here is the copy and paste from digital river twitter ... give them a call and ask about your key..... oh btw it's the square enix support number that that they posted not their own support. so I am guessing it again was an issue with SE systems not sending out codes.
