    Cant play

    i just got ff XIV every time i try to play it...it it say something is keeping it from working and it closes it...i try reinstalling it i try turning off my anti virus and still doesnt work my laptop is 2 years old...could this be the problem...do i have to buy a better computer to play it

    Two things: What exactly does it say / show on the screen when it crashed, and also, what are you computer specs? You can get the specs we need to help you by loading up the FFXIV config program, and there will be an option to copy your configuration to the clipboard.

    it says FF XIV has stopped working....a problem caused the program to stop working correctly...windows will close the program and notify if the salutation is available

    there will be an option to copy your configuration to the clipboard.
    At the bottom of the window.

    ... change your screen resolution or something so that it will fit.

    Or just tell me what graphics card you have.

    Then no, your laptop can't run FFXIV.

    Get a decent desktop or high-end laptop. Or wait for the ps3 version.
