PC Healer Key bind targeting help (No game pad)

Anyone know how to configure a one button key bind that can cycle through player characters, non player characters, party members, and minions.

I frustratingly attempted to configure this but i simply could not get it to work after selecting the "Set" All", "PC Only", "Party Only", and "Enemy only" key bind and going into "Character configuration" for my filters. No matter what i tried i couldn't get a key bind i assigned to even select a player character.

I found this article but even as it states the process is convoluted and really needs to changed.

I'd just like to one button click to cycle through player characters to throw up a heal to my fellow adventurers.

Can anyone help demystify this?

That's what F11 does by default and you can change majority keys in System settings -> Keybinds.
