Just wait until SE opens it. That's it. SE didn't expect so many players and (almost) every server is over-crowded, so they are going through a "stabilizing process" by making restrictions to logins and character creations while they work on this issue. No one knows how long it will take, but they'll announce when you can have access to those servers.
