"Deliver gysahl greens to Luquelot"

I have already picked the gysahl green that was indicated at the patch, turned it in, then bought gysahl green x15 from an NPC. Go to turn it in and i get "Have you acquired the greens?" I click "use" on gysahl greens and get "action not learned yet". No item is in my key items inventory either.
