Archer - Skill Bug

So I just realized that, while i play my archer, one of his skills doesn't always work...

When i use the skill Bloodletter the cast time is instant and while casting it i can still cast my other skills, but if I cast my other skill too quickly it will throw all my skills on cooldown (as it should) however it will do no damage.. almost as if i didn't use the skill at all. Sometimes it works and my skills hit but sometimes my skills just dont hit anything and go on cooldown. So, it's almost like chance depending how fast i use my skills
