Crafting quest help

I havent switched classes since I started working on WVR But I did go through my classes juuust in case, and still no luck. Regarding being too low, it's the level 5 quest, and I'm 6 (shouldnt have been able to flag it if I was too low).

I'm sure I'm missing something extremely obvious, but I just don't know where to go at this point :/

You CAN flag and complete, but not turn in quests if your lvl is low. But when it comes to class quests, that's never the case. Minimum lvl to unlock the quest = minimum lvl to turn in the quest. Make sure that you have every item the NPC asked for and that you didn't accidentally craft the wrong thing or not enough of the item. And like other ppl have said, make sure you're a weaver when you try to turn it in. Other that, I guess you could try relogging.
