Final FSH quest "So long, and thanks for all the fish" issue

So it says to fish in north Bloodshore.. but I can't find it. Also these fish on Bloodshore don't even seem to like Goby balls. Anyone know if the quest log text is wrong like the sand fishing quest?

No it is not wrong the north bloodshore is off of a dock near the hidden falls go to the ferry and follow the north wall until you reach the docks. Once you use the goby balls the only fish i caught was the herring.

Does anyone know where I can fish up Sea Cucumbers, tired of shouting and nobody knowing soo time to turn to the forums! I went all over just can't seem to fish any up

Actually there is still the issue of goby balls not working. I'm at north bloodshore and it continues to say goby balls are the wrong bait. Using crab balls however harbor herrings bite all the time.

Not so much an issue with the quest, but a bug with the bait. Goby ball is listed for ocean fishing and is above the level of harbor herring, so they need to fix the bait.

EDIT: they seem to have ninja fixed it in this update, because goby balls started working. Anyways, I went through a whole stack of crab balls and started on my goby balls before I finally got that double mooch. The mooch system sucks...

For this quest, do as others suggested and head up near the docks north of Costa del Sol. Make sure to use ONLY floating minnows (which are a reward from one of your earlier fishing quests), and you will catch only harbor herrings which is the first mooch you'll need. After that you'll pray for a HQ ogre barracuda which you'll then mooch again for the marlin required. It took me around half an hour, perception is at 175, so you don't need pimpin' gear.

Sea Cucumbers can be caught in Middle La Noscea at Zephyr Bay, or in Lower La Noscea at Moraby Bay or Oschon's Torch. They are a level 7 catch, so Pill Bugs work well to catch them.
