Job quest class requirements

Still somewhat beneficial to level another class to use some of their roles on your main (like the cooldowns that come in handy for tanks, and please correct me if this is even necessary to do because I'm not completely sure if they changed this, too), but you are no longer required to level them.

Role abilities are learned by all jobs of the role. There is no mechanical reason to level a second class.

Otherwise mostly right. Here are a few clarifications.

I think you do have to complete the MSQ Sylph Management [to unlock jobs].

NOTE: Rogue is not an available starting class in the game as it was introdeuced in a patch. It is available to unlock once you get another DoW or DoM class to level 10 and complete the Lv10 class quest to obtain your guildmaster's blessing to unlock other classes.

The following have no bass class requirements. However, you need to be level 60 50 in a Disciple of War or Magic (doesn't matter which one) and have the Stormblood expansion. There are no story requirements for unlocking these jobs.

There does happen to be something in game called "The Heavens Ward" but the expansion name itself is Heavensward.
