    Botting spotted on server.

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, but I have witnessed 1 person so far, teleporting between mining locations, and very choppy movement when not teleporting. What would be the appropriate course of action? Server Leviathan, Investigation needed.

Could be lag due to high server capacity. I would probably relay your concern to the "in game bug" section. Make sure to include the character's name.

This is a possibility but I don't believe this to be likely. I have seen server lag before around the zones, but not between the same points repeatedly. Previous gaming experience has given me a bit of discernment. Thank you, I will try saying something there.

I think SE should take a different approch to dealing with botters and gil sellers. I think they should just make their information public so we can go beat the crap out of them personally.

The only reasonable solution for gil sellers is to sell gil yourself.

Make gil legally buyable from Square with real money and people will buy it from you instead, even if it's more expensive.

Some companies already realized this - and unfortunately it looks like the only way out.

Selling gil is bad for the game as a whole and visibly hurts other players; doing it yourself wouldn't mitigate that.

    Solution:
    1. Make sure everyone knows that the reason accounts get "hacked" is gil sellers. Period. They're the only people who have an economic incentive to steal your stuff in an MMO.
    2. Bans for buyers. No excuses, no sob stories. Bye.

Do that, consistently, and the problem will reduce to a tiny amount of background noise. Make excuses for players who think it's fine to hurt other players to get ahead, and you will lose out in the long run.
