Nothing on my Vizio, I would have definitely found it by now. This should be a simple fix on SE's end. I have no problem waiting for the fix, as long as they can acknowledge that this is indeed an issue and a fix will be coming soon.It definitely sounds like a hardware problem.
A display adjustment option is definitely a must-have in this situation. Sadly, it comes with the knowledge that you likely won't see the resolution of the game you're intending to see.

Try this;
Go into your TV's Menu.
Enter the Picture Menu.
Most Vizio models have a resolution option in there.
If you don't, then I guess not much can be done to fiddle with it, but it's worth a try to see if you can manage any progress.
