All yesterday I tried to log in to get in que from numbers 649 to 12 as I wait i get error 1017. What is the point of this and when can we expect it to change? I log out of the game when not playing but now I see why people don't log out.

Log in to the FF14 retail loader application
Enter the game lobby
Click Start to enter the world selection screen
Select a character to enter the world
Click OK to confirm the character selection
Be placed into a login queue
Wait in the queue until the user reaches the front of the queue.
Be sent to the world server to complete login procedure
