Pre-order problem

HI! I've pre-ordered, been in the previous beta's.

... I've only just realized that i'm without any of my pre-order items, the cait sith minion, the helm? I'm in Early-Access, where the hell are my items? I've checked in my mail-moogle system. Nothing in my inventory? Where the hell are they supposed to be? Have i been jipped? Do i need to get angry at SE for false advertisement? lol, i'm confused when they state it'll be in the mail system? but it isn't?

Has anyone else had this problem, resolved it or knows how to resolve it?
