It's in Japanese and I don't know if there's a translated version, but basically it went like this:

1. He starts be apologizing to those on the NA/EU servers for all the problems they've had during the early access period and promises to make it up to them in the future.

2. He is then briefly emotionally overwhelmed. Others began cheering him on and applauding.

3. He then describes how he initially signed on to the project almost 3 years ago, wanting to help the game become better out of his love for the FF series and MMO games. Facing the daunting task, he described how he felt like he was playing the tank class, standing at the head of the project and led the team through to this point.
