NA/Eu servers not loading

When I go check the servers status the show online but when I log in the NA/EU are not loading. Is more the problem that the time I play you guys need to fix it

Not to mention they posted on the lodestone news that they fixed the problem, no?

Sorry Dear but "American Square Enix Support Center"had nothing to do with game servers. it's the SUPPORT CENTER.

servers are down til further notice. also don't know why on lodestone they're up. probably only login server on maintenance.

Its 12:16am central & I'm online in Coeurl (NA). The servers are up.
