    1) push start go to system then HUD layout then highlight the chat out of the dropdown list and push int he right joystick it will change the size

    2) They determine all servers on pdt/gmt it seems .. but as far as not having ppl to play with when rush declines im sure u will as they will cycle low pop servers to the top to get members as well as combine servers if needed

    Thank you for your response. However, it doesn't appear that the dialogue window can be altered through the HUD Layout menu (nor can the chat window, it appears).
