Relic Quests

Do we have any information on the order/process/starting point for relics in ARR? got 5/7 jobs quests/playing catchup done and a few buddies and I want to start/continue our relic grind from 1.0

Shes in Mor Dhona now at camp revenants toll. I talked to her and she doesnt have any quests or anything right now. Theres 2 women beside her that do the trade in for tomestones though.

on that note, where do i trade my post melded gear in? in mor dhona or at the salvager npc?

I heard that relic quest will not be put back in the game until first big content update in about 3 months, plus the quest is now different so any progress is now pretty pointless.

That's not true. This is what has been officially stated:

Accessible Content
Quests
Main Story: Level 20 and below
Sub-Quests: Level 20 and below
* The quest "A Relic Reborn" will be available after the start of official service. Players who accepted this quest in Version 1.0 will be able to resume their progress after reaccepting it in FFXIV: ARR.
Class Quests: Level 20 and below

if i remember they said all relic progress was saved...

You trade the gear with cracked materia to the salvager npc who then gives you tomestones to take to revenants toll to trade in.

This is the information I just saw posted on BG about requirements to start the quest:

Have Ampdora (spelling) access.
Have L50 job quest complete
Initiate Quest inside the Walking Sands

2 of these require Main Scenario quest to be beaten, and the dungeon requires AV to be completed.
