Pre-Party Dungeoning

I have a few friends that I recently started playing with, and our party consists of two people with the 'tank' role(a glad and a marauder). It will not allow us to start guildhests or dungeons without one of the tanks dropping.

Is this intended or is there a way to bypass that and change a role?

If you manage to get a party of 4 people, you should be able to enter as is. Otherwise, I don't think there's a way to get past the restriction.
