After early Access

I have been hearing that After early access you wont be able to play unless you have the DVD, but i wonder since i preorder mine from amazon its gonna be shipped to my country, meaning that i would have to wait around 2 weeks to play the game again, i was wondering if this was true or not ?

The early access codes (at least in the US) are good until the 29th. Unfortunately, if it takes longer than that to get to you, you will have to wait, unless Square Enix has anticipated this and has the code work longer in certain regions. I'm sorry I didn't have any more info for ya.

I remember reading somewhere, might have been in a producer letter or something that Early Access people will have until the 8th or 9th of September to enter their codes as to give people time for their physical retail copies to arrive at their homes.

Edit: okies it seems i got confused between the new players and the 1.0/legacy players.

Seems that new players have until the 29th of August to enter their code and 1.0/legacy players have until the 9th September to subscribe and continue playing after that date.

A: As we announced previously, we will be providing the ARR client for free to those who played version 1.0. These players can play for free until September 9, 2013. Even if you only used the 30 day free period during 1.0's service, you'll be able to take part in this campaign, so please consider coming back to the game.
